Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive any of the following issues with your order:
A damaged product
A defective item
A wrong product different from what you ordered
You must contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product
Photos of the package
Once our team reviews the request, we may offer:
Replacement of the damaged or incorrect product if the claim is verified.
⚠️ Claims submitted after 12 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Opened or used product packages
Partially consumed items
Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

Since our products are food items, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered. However, if the product is damaged or tampered with during transit, you may request a replacement or refund following our policy guidelines.
To process your request, please provide:
Order receipt or order ID
Clear unboxing video
Photos of the damaged product
Message sent within 12 hours of delivery
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video should show the sealed package and the condition of the product. Contact our support team within 12 hours of delivery with the video proof and photos.
Once the claim is verified and approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within a few business days depending on the payment method and processing time.
