Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive any of the following issues with your order:

  • A wrong product different from what you ordered

You must contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

Please provide the following details when contacting us:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the package

Once our team reviews the request, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the damaged or incorrect product if the claim is verified.

⚠️ Claims submitted after 12 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Opened or used product packages

  • Partially consumed items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Items purchased during discounts, combo offers, or promotional sales

  • Products returned without original packaging or seal

If your package arrives damaged or opened, please record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video should show the sealed package and the condition of the product. Contact our support team within 12 hours of delivery with the video proof and photos.

How long does it take to receive a refund if approved?

Once the claim is verified and approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within a few business days depending on the payment method and processing time.
